They were wonderful! All the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me get out of my horrific car situation after a driver rear ended my old vehicle. They were very understanding and now I’ll be celebrating with a new vehicle and in a better vehicle situation.

Had a really good experience with Xena at Farris Ford in Morristown. She was super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, and she never made the process feel rushed or uncomfortable. She took the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure everything made sense before moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they have a good experience. Definitely recommend asking for Xena if you stop by Farris Ford!
